| BOOKING YOUR TOUR | |
| Just fill out the reservation form and mail it, with your deposit of $50 per person. You may also call for early reservations at (800) 825-7715. Tour documents will be sent 45 days prior to departure with a request for full payment on bus tours. On tours requiring airfare, the full payment will be requested 2 or 3 months before the tour departs or as requested. We are unable to accept payment by credit card. Prices listed on each tour are based on two people sharing a room. | |

| BOARDING THE TOUR | |
| Pick up locations are enroute. Northbound tours begin in Wichita. Southbound tours begin in Salina. You may note your departure location on your reservation form. | |
| TOUR DIRECTORS | |
| The Director will accompany you throughout the tour, seeing to all the details so you can relax and enjoy a worry-free trip. | |
| DINING | |
| We make arrangements for noon meals at reasonably priced restaurants. Breakfasts and dinners are on your own at the hotel or an adjacent restaurant. | |
| HOTELS | |
| Our guests stay in fine hotels such as Drury Inn, LaQuinta, Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn and other similar hotels. | |
| BREAKFASTS | |
| Most hotels where you will be overnighting will provide either a continental or expanded breakfast. This will give you more time in the mornings and will also keep your costs to a minimum. | |
| GRATUITIES | |
| All tips are included for luggage and local guides. We suggest a tip for the tour director and driver at the end of the tour. | |
| CANADA BORDER | |
| Tours including travel outside the United States will probably be required to carry a passport after June 1, 2009. For more information, go to: www.travel.state.gov (Link will open in a new browser window and is not a part of this site). | |
| CANCELLATION | |
| A full refund is given on all motor coach tours not involving airfare prior to departure unless otherwise specified. Refunds are always at the discretion of the vendors providing the service to our company. Airfare is non-refundable. Optional insurance is available and suggested. | |
| CLOTHING | |
| We suggest comfortable, casual clothing and walking shoes. Layered clothing is suggested for various types of weather. We will inform you of any dress up occasions. Many hotels have swimming pools, so you may wish to bring your swimming suit. | |
| RESPONSIBILITY | |
| All persons acting as agents for our tours accept no responsibility for damage or loss. We reserve the right to modify the cost of the tour or the schedule in the unlikely event of a schedule conflict. | |
| DEVOTIONAL | |
| A meditation or devotional is given at the beginning of each day. | |
| LUGGAGE | |
| You may bring one suitcase and an overnight case. For your convenience, we suggest traveling light. | |
